ABOUT US

OUR STORY

Good Day!

Brian and Casey have known each other from church for a few years and have always talked about Real Estate and passive income together. Finally, in 2021, a 28-unit came along that they purchased together followed by an 11-unit just a few months later.  After stabilizing these projects and the success therein, they started talking about scaling the business further.

Adding another partner to assist in growing the extended-stay model was the missing piece Brian and Casey didn’t have.  Michael’s knowledge of Property Management and finding off-market deals were just what the team needed to begin to scale the company.

In late 2021, Brian and Casey formed a new Partnership with Michael Pid who Brian knew through a local Real Estate Mastermind they both attended.  After a few meetings together with the three of them and multiple conversations regarding their values of faith, life, and business; Hospitality Holding Group was birthed.

The company is looking to close on a 26-unit project in early 2022 in Lancaster, PA that was found off-market. It is only the beginning of a great partnership and a new hospitality brand looking to close the gap on the affordable housing demand ever-present.

Casey Ebersole

Casey Ebersole has been in the construction business for the past 7 years working for a variety of commercial general contractors, including a company in Charlotte NC that did 1.3 billion in revenue in 2016. Casey really enjoyed helping developers design and build their investment projects to fit their need along with the townships needs as a project manager.

After his tenure in NC he joined the family business for a couple years as a project manager where he helped to run projects, increase sales, and fine tune processes within the company. Since the departure from the family business, he has teamed up with a partner and together they currently carry a successful 2.5-million-dollar real estate portfolio. Casey really does enjoy looking at a piece of real estate and figuring out how to make it a lucrative cash flowing property.

Asset Management

Brian Funk

Brian has spent the last 20 years in business and real estate. Earlier in his career from 2001-2008, he and his brother built a multifamily portfolio of 35 units held between them and sold in 2009. Later he was a majority shareholder and also held an executive position in his family business, DH Funk Excavating. While being in the family business he was also a partner on an array of various projects which included multifamily, land-development, and hotel investing.

Wasting little time after he exited the family business in 2019, he helped his wife scale her e-commerce business. Brian still keeps an eye on the e-commerce brand, but is currently spending the majority of his time investing in multifamily ventures, vacation rentals, syndications, and raising capital. Brian acquired 39 units alone in 2021 with another partner and owns a very successful vacation rental in Reinholds, PA called Mountaintop Cabin on Airbnb. He truly enjoys helping others learn about passive income, tax benefits, and opportunities that come with real estate investing.
